Data collected and collection method
Website visits
The current hosting and CDN infrastructure automatically creates the IP address, request date and time, requested address, limited browser and device information, and CDN traffic statistics concerning bandwidth, requests, SSL access, errors and approximate geographic distribution. A trusted country header and browser language preference are evaluated for the initial language routing; the application does not turn these signals into a separate customer record.
Direct contact
When you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, your data is obtained directly from you. The website application does not intercept the communication, turn it into a form database or CMS record, or track whether a message was sent.

- Name, surname and title if included in your message or signature

- Email address, telephone number and other contact details if you choose to provide them

International transfers
The website is hosted on the current infrastructure located in Dallas, Texas, USA. The IP address and technical access, error and CDN traffic logs are therefore transferred abroad. Email is also provided under the current service package; data shared by email or through the optional WhatsApp channel may be processed in the relevant providers’ infrastructure abroad. The transfer conditions and applicable safeguard and notification requirements under Article 9 of Law No. 6698 govern each data flow, and transfers are limited to what is necessary for the service.
Retention and security
- Email and other contact records not resulting in a contract
- For as long as needed for the processing purpose and to establish, exercise or protect a right; deleted, destroyed or anonymised when that need ends
- Correspondence resulting in a contract or commercial relationship
- For the statutory retention and limitation periods that apply to the relationship
- Technical access and error logs
- A 12-week rotation on the current hosting infrastructure; records isolated for a security incident or legal obligation are kept for as long as necessary
- Infrastructure backups
- Up to 12 months in the current provider’s backup cycle; if a backup containing deleted data is restored, the data is placed back into the deletion process
- Dispute records
- For as long as needed to conclude the dispute and protect the relevant right
